Networking an integrated palliative care information system across the care continuum

Peter is a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Palliative Care, and President of Palliative Care NSW. He previously worked as a lecturer in the Faculty of Health Studies at Charles Sturt University. As founding editor of the Australian Journal of Nursing Education in 1995 Peter was an early facilitator of web mediated information distribution. He was a member of the management committee for the NSW Health Clinical Information Access Project (CIAP) and has implemented a number of local health service intranet sites.
